Upon discovering that National French Fry Day didn’t always fall on a Friday, we contacted the one person who could change the future of Frydays forever—Marlo Anderson, the founder of the National Day Calendar.
We launched a full-scale guerrilla marketing campaign targeting Marlo with billboards, Cameos, and a bespoke website featuring a petition that gained over 51,000 signatures, FridaytoFryday.com.
To get Marlo's attention, we flooded his town with personalized OOH, even having a banner at his favorite coffee shop.
On social we posted fun, light-hearted content directed at him so the public could get involved in the conversation and sign our petition.



When we successfully got Marlo to change Fryday to always be on Friday, we celebrated by sending the Fry-Love-Express food truck down to his town in Mandan, ND.
